Abdur Nimeri
is Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer of West Mountain and its affiliates. Prior to joining West Mountain, Abdur worked at UMB Private Wealth Management and Northern Trust Asset Management Funds and Managed Accounts practice. Abdur has a PhD in Chemical Physics from The Ohio State University, a Master in Financial Mathematics from the University of Chicago and a BS in Chemistry from Iowa State University. Abdur, is an investment professional with extensive experience in responsible investing, financial analysis, and public speaking. Abdur manages the overall business of West Mountain and chairs its investment committee.
Matt Marquis
is the Founder and President of West Mountain and its affiliates. Prior to founding West Mountain and its affiliates, Matt co-founded a proprietary trading platform and built a significant book of business on major U.S. wealth management platforms. Specializing in risk management and optimizing risk-adjusted returns, Matt has introduced clients to alternative investments such as Triple Net Lease Real Estate, Boutique Asset Management, Direct Investments, and Derivative Strategies. West Mountain reflects his extensive experience and the strong professional networks he has developed. Matt manages the overall portfolio operation and overseas the direct investment practice of West Mountain.
